Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the following situations:

  • An incorrect product was delivered by Gadget World 08.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Not show any signs of misuse, modification, physical damage, or tampering by the customer.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

Customers are strongly advised to record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening their package.

For any claims related to:

  • Transit damage
  • Missing items
  • Wrong product received
  • Package tampering

A complete unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared with our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Any request for a return, exchange, replacement, or refund related to the above issues will only be considered if a valid unboxing video is provided.

Failure to provide a clear unboxing video may result in the rejection of the claim.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products with missing accessories, packaging materials, labels, or serial numbers.
  • Products returned without prior authorization from Gadget World 08.
  • Products that have been activated, registered, or used after delivery.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange request:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos.
  3. For transit-related claims, submit the complete unboxing video.
  4. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
  5. If approved, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Inspection & Approval

All returned products are inspected upon receipt. Gadget World 08 reserves the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, exchange, or refund request based on the condition of the product and compliance with this policy.

Manufacturer Warranty

Many products sold by Gadget World 08 are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims, repairs, and technical support are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer and authorized service centers.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return or exchange is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the applicable return shipping charges may be covered by Gadget World 08.
  • Any shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • In cases not covered under this policy, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
